Master Randall has been teaching free self-defense to women for
over 20 years. He has developed a women's self-defense program
that is based on four guiding principles:
- it must be easy to learn,
- easy to remember,
- simple to use,
- and able to be tested for
effectiveness.
That's what we promise and that's what we
deliver to hundreds of women a year for free.

personal power and determination, along with some simple techniques,

Children's Personal Safety
Programs
Matt Randall's Black Belt Academy offers many seminars for
children which can be delivered at our school or your location.
We often speak at public and private schools, day care centers,
kindergartens, and churches. We also host scout troops and
other children's organization at our academy for various seminars.

Rollinsford Grade School
"Last Friday,
Matt Randall, MacKenzie's dad, spoke to our class about
self-discipline. He challenged the children to always work for a 10
(on a scale of 1-10) in their work, listening skills, self-control,
etc. So, many choices we have are actually up to the individual
(like facing forward in group, using neat handwriting, completing
work in a timely manner, being an active listener, refraining from
speaking unless called on, and so on), and this is a visual anyone
can use to rate themselves immediately. I only wish I had heard his
presentation at the beginning of the school year, as we would have
incorporated it in everything we do here. Thanks, Mr. Randall!"
