All new students begin with a free introductory lesson. This
40 minute lesson will give you and your family the information you
need to decide if training in the martial arts is what you are
looking for. During this lesson, you will receive a tour of
our academy, discuss your interests and desired results with an
instructor, and take your first lesson in our Black Belt Leadership
Success System. After the lesson, you may be able to take
advantage of a free 30-day VIP membership to get started in our
Basic Program.

The Basic Program
Your first step to increasing physical fitness, learning
self-defense and developing stronger personal leadership skills in
our Black Belt Leadership Success System begins with membership in
our Basic Program. This entry-level program is designed to let
you see firsthand what martial arts training can do for you and your
family. While training in this program, you will learn about
the structure and discipline of our Leadership Program. As a
White Belt in the program, you will train with other beginner
students and begin making progress toward your next rank.
While you are a White Belt, you will test for various stripes on
your belt throughout the semester. Once you have successfully
earned all the required progress stripes, you will be eligible to
graduate to your next rank.

the millionth time this morning sitting at the kitchen table
contemplating what it was he had done that he should not have
done. We discussed his violation [taking his sister's
possessions...] and then he was taking a minute to himself

The Leadership Program
Once you and your family have successfully completed your initial
requirements of earning your first stripe, you will receive a formal
invitation to begin Leadership Training. The Black Belt
Leadership Success Program was designed after thousands of hours of
instruction to deliver guaranteed results in the areas of physical
fitness, reduced stress, mental focus and discipline, self-defense,
and personal leadership. This program can take a student from
White Belt to 3rd Degree Black Belt and has helped hundreds of
families, like yours, grow together through the shared experience of
Black Belt Leadership Training.

A look into the future
There are many students in our Leadership Program who show great
promise in the areas of attitude, discipline, and leadership
ability. Some of these 'Future Black Belt Leaders' may
consider a career in the martial arts. Matt Randall's Black
Belt Academy is always looking for enthusiastic individuals who
would like to be instructors. It's never too early or too late
to begin in our nationally recognized Instructor Training Program
and join our growing team of professional instructors.
As you progress from Basic to Leadership and up the belt ranks, put
some thought into whether or not teaching martial arts at The
Academy could be a good career choice for you.
